Custom Design & Print Policy
CUSTOM DESIGN & PRINT POLICY
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
This Custom Design & Print Policy applies to custom design, printing, personalization, and manufacturing services provided by Breeder Webpage Logo, a brand operated by Unique Chimp, LLC (“Breeder Webpage Logo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because custom products are created specifically according to customer instructions and approved artwork, customers must carefully review all designs and proofs before authorizing production.
By purchasing custom design or printing services from Breeder Webpage Logo, submitting materials to us, or approving artwork for production, you agree to this policy, our Terms & Conditions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional terms applicable to your order.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for their projects.
This includes, where applicable:
- Correct spelling
- Business names
- Personal names
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Social media usernames
- Website addresses
- Addresses
- Dates

- Product sizes
- Quantities
- Colors

- Menus
- Product descriptions
- Slogans
- Artwork
- Other requested information
Breeder Webpage Logo may assist with identifying obvious issues, but customers remain responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of their information before final approval.
3. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK
Customers may provide logos, photographs, illustrations, text, designs, trademarks, graphics, or other materials for use in a custom project.
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork of sufficient quality for the requested product whenever possible.
Low-resolution, blurry, compressed, pixelated, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or otherwise poor-quality files may affect the final product.
If a customer instructs us to proceed using artwork that we have identified as potentially unsuitable, the resulting limitations attributable to that source artwork will not automatically constitute a production defect.
4. PERMISSION TO USE CUSTOMER-PROVIDED MATERIALS
By submitting any logo, image, photograph, illustration, trademark, business name, character, slogan, design, text, or other content, you represent that you own the material or have sufficient authorization, permission, or licensing to use and reproduce it for the requested purpose.
You authorize Breeder Webpage Logo to reproduce, resize, crop, format, adjust, print, manufacture, or otherwise process the material as reasonably necessary to complete your requested project.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permissions required for materials they provide or specifically request that we use.
Breeder Webpage Logo reserves the right to decline projects that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights.
5. DESIGN CONCEPTS
When design services are included, Breeder Webpage Logo will create artwork based on the information, instructions, materials, references, and creative direction provided by the customer.
Reference images supplied by customers may be used to communicate preferences regarding style, layout, colors, composition, or general creative direction.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, providing a reference does not guarantee an exact reproduction of another designer’s work, copyrighted artwork, trademarked material, or third-party product.
6. DESIGN REVISIONS
Where revisions are included with a purchase, revisions must remain reasonably consistent with the original project scope.
A revision generally means modifying an existing design direction.
Examples may include:
- Changing text
- Adjusting placement
- Changing colors
- Resizing design elements
- Repositioning approved elements
- Making reasonable layout adjustments
A request may be considered outside the original scope when it requires substantially new creative work, such as:
- Starting over with an entirely different concept after substantial work has been completed
- Changing the type of product being designed
- Creating additional designs not included in the original purchase
- Adding substantial new content or features
- Recreating complex artwork not included in the original scope
- Repeatedly changing previously approved creative direction
Additional work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
7. DIGITAL PROOFS
Before production of applicable custom physical products, Breeder Webpage Logo may provide a digital proof, mockup, or design preview.
The purpose of the proof is to allow the customer to review the visible design before production.
A digital proof is a visual representation and may not perfectly reproduce the exact appearance, scale, material texture, print color, construction, or physical characteristics of the finished product.
Mockups may be shown in perspective or on simulated products for presentation purposes.
Customers should rely on the stated product specifications and approved production artwork in addition to the visual mockup.
8. CUSTOMER REVIEW OF PROOFS
Customers must carefully review all proofs before approval.
Before approving a proof, please verify:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Business name
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Social media usernames
- Website addresses
- QR codes
- Dates
- Prices
- Menus
- Product information
- Logos
- Images
- Colors
- Placement
- Orientation
- Design layout
- Product size
- Quantity
- Other visible information
Customers should request corrections before giving final approval.
9. FINAL ARTWORK APPROVAL
Final artwork approval is a critical step in the production process.
When you approve artwork for production, you confirm that you have reviewed the proof and authorize Breeder Webpage Logo to manufacture or print the product based on the approved design.
Your approval means that, to the best of your knowledge, the visible content and layout are correct.
Once final approval is received, Breeder Webpage Logo may immediately begin preparing the order for production.
10. WHAT CONSTITUTES APPROVAL
Final approval may be provided through methods reasonably used in connection with the order, including:
- Text message
- Website communication
- Customer account
- Electronic approval system
- Other written electronic communication clearly indicating approval
Statements such as “approved,” “looks good,” “ready to print,” “go ahead,” “send it to production,” or similar clear authorization may be treated as final approval when the context reasonably indicates that the customer is authorizing production.
Breeder Webpage Logo may retain records of customer approvals for order administration, production verification, payment disputes, and other legitimate business purposes.
11. APPROVAL FOR PRODUCTION
Once artwork has been approved, the customer authorizes Breeder Webpage Logo to proceed with production.
Customers should not approve artwork unless they are satisfied that it is ready to be produced.
After production begins, changes may not be possible.
If a change can still be made, additional design, material, production, or manufacturing charges may apply.
12. CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERRORS
Customers are responsible for errors that were clearly visible in the final proof and approved for production.
Examples include an approved:
- Misspelling
- Incorrect phone number
- Incorrect social media username
- Incorrect website
- Incorrect date
- Incorrect price
- Incorrect customer-supplied information
- Incorrect customer-supplied QR code
- Requested color
- Requested placement
- Requested wording
- Other visible approved content
A customer-approved error generally does not qualify for a free reprint, replacement, or refund solely because the customer later discovers the approved error.
This does not apply when Breeder Webpage Logo introduces an error after final approval.
13. BREEDER WEBPAGE LOGO PRODUCTION ERRORS
The product we manufacture should materially correspond to the final approved artwork and applicable product specifications.
If Breeder Webpage Logo introduces a material error during production that was not present in the approved artwork, please contact us promptly.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:
- Correction
- Reprint
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Refund of the affected item
Claims will be evaluated under this policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
14. DESIGN SIZE AND PLACEMENT
Digital mockups are intended to show the approximate appearance and placement of a design.
Exact placement may vary slightly as a result of the product, material, printing method, cutting, sewing, finishing, installation, or manufacturing process.
Customers requiring specific measurements or exact placement should communicate those requirements before final approval.
Reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not automatically considered defects.
15. LARGE-FORMAT PRINTING
Large-format products such as tents, banners, flags, table covers, rugs, signs, and similar products may be viewed from significantly greater distances than the artwork displayed on a computer or phone.
Artwork quality, resolution, scale, viewing distance, material, and printing method can affect perceived sharpness.
Customers should provide the highest-quality original artwork available.
Breeder Webpage Logo may resize, prepare, or otherwise process artwork as necessary for production, but we cannot guarantee that poor-quality original files can be converted into high-quality source artwork without redesign or recreation.
16. COLOR MATCHING
Digital screens display colors differently from physical printing systems.
A color viewed on a:
- Phone
- Tablet
- Laptop
- Desktop monitor
- Television
- Digital proof
may differ from the final printed color.
Differences may result from:
- Screen calibration
- Screen brightness
- RGB-to-CMYK conversion
- Printer profiles
- Ink
- Fabric
- Material
- Coating
- Lighting
- Manufacturing processes
Reasonable color variation is not automatically considered a defect.
If a specific brand color or exact color match is important, customers should communicate this before final approval and provide applicable color references, such as Pantone values, when available.
Exact color matching may not be available for every product, material, or printing process.
17. PRINTING AND MATERIAL VARIATIONS
Printing and manufacturing processes may result in reasonable variations between individual products or production runs.
These may include minor differences in:
- Color
- Cutting
- Stitching
- Alignment
- Placement
- Dimensions
- Texture
- Material
- Finishing
Minor variations within reasonable production tolerances do not automatically qualify as defects.
18. TENTS, CANOPIES, FLAGS AND FABRIC PRODUCTS
Fabric products may contain seams, stitching, folds, tension points, reinforced areas, attachment points, and other construction features required for manufacturing.
Design elements may cross seams or panel boundaries when required by the product construction.
Customers should review product templates and proofs carefully when exact positioning relative to panels or seams is important.
Finished fabric products may also appear somewhat different when stretched, installed, folded, illuminated, viewed from different angles, or subjected to normal fabric tension.
19. CUSTOM APPAREL
Artwork appearance on apparel may vary depending on:
- Garment size
- Garment color
- Fabric
- Printing method
- Print location
- Garment construction
A design may appear proportionally different on different garment sizes.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, mockups are visual representations rather than exact physical measurements.
Customers requiring a specific print dimension should communicate that requirement before approval.
20. CUSTOM RUGS AND SHAPED PRODUCTS
For custom rugs and other products cut to a design shape, the final cut line may require reasonable adjustments for manufacturing, durability, structural integrity, or production limitations.
Very small details, thin areas, sharp corners, intricate shapes, or isolated elements may require modification before production.
Where material modifications to the approved design are required, we may request additional customer approval before proceeding.
21. QR CODES
Customers are responsible for verifying that QR codes contained in approved artwork lead to the intended destination before final approval.
If Breeder Webpage Logo creates or places a QR code, customers should test the code directly from the final proof whenever possible.
A QR code’s continued functionality may depend on the destination website, URL, third-party QR service, internet availability, and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of third-party websites or services linked through a QR code.
22. PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins according to the requirements of the particular order and may not begin until all necessary conditions have been satisfied, including, where applicable:
- Required payment
- Receipt of customer information
- Receipt of usable artwork
- Final design approval
- Product availability
Any production or turnaround time provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Customer delays in providing information, artwork, payment, revisions, or approval may delay production.
23. RUSH ORDERS AND DEADLINES
If a product is needed for a specific event or date, customers should tell us before placing or approving the order.
We will advise whether we reasonably expect the requested timeline to be achievable.
A requested event date does not automatically constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Rush service, when available, may require additional fees.
A deadline is guaranteed only when Breeder Webpage Logo expressly agrees in writing that the particular deadline is guaranteed.
24. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING ARE SEPARATE
Production time does not include shipping/transit time unless expressly stated.
After production is complete, shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and carrier.
Carrier delays may occur outside Breeder Webpage Logo’s direct control.
Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for additional information.
25. CHANGES AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS
Once production begins, orders generally cannot be changed.
If a customer requests a change after production begins and the change is still technically possible, the customer may be responsible for additional costs associated with:
- New materials
- Reprinting
- Remanufacturing
- Design changes
- Labor
- Shipping
- Other production expenses
In some cases, production may need to restart completely.
26. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
Custom products that have entered production generally cannot be canceled because they are being manufactured specifically for the customer.
Design work already performed may also be non-refundable to the extent described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing a custom order.
27. CLAIMS REGARDING COMPLETED PRODUCTS
If you believe your finished product contains a production error, manufacturing defect, damage, or material difference from the approved artwork, contact Breeder Webpage Logo promptly.
We may request:
- Order number
- Photographs
- Video
- Photographs of packaging
- Shipping labels
- Copy of the approved proof
- Description of the issue
- Other information reasonably necessary to investigate
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging while a claim is being investigated if either may be needed to evaluate the claim.
28. USE OF COMPLETED PRODUCTS
If a customer discovers an alleged defect or error, the customer should contact us before materially modifying the product.
Modification, alteration, repair, installation, cutting, printing over, or other substantial changes to the product may affect our ability to determine the original condition of the product.
This does not eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived.
29. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED SPECIFICATIONS
When customers provide exact measurements, templates, dimensions, specifications, or other technical requirements, customers are responsible for confirming that those requirements are appropriate for their intended use unless Breeder Webpage Logo has expressly agreed to provide technical specification services.
If we identify an apparent issue, we may contact the customer for clarification before production.
30. DESIGN OWNERSHIP AND SOURCE FILES
Payment for a custom product or design does not automatically include every draft, unused concept, template, editable file, production file, working file, or source file created during the project.
Unless expressly included in the product or project agreement, files such as:
- AI
- EPS
- PSD
- SVG
- Editable production files
- Working files
- Templates
are not automatically included with the final product.
Ownership and licensing of final custom designs are further governed by our Intellectual Property Policy and any applicable project-specific agreement.
31. PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTIONAL USE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by applicable law, Breeder Webpage Logo may display completed non-confidential creative work as examples of our services in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional materials.
We will not intentionally represent the customer’s business as being owned by Breeder Webpage Logo.
If a project involves confidential or unreleased materials, please notify us before the project begins so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
32. REFUSAL OF ARTWORK OR PROJECTS
Breeder Webpage Logo reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project where reasonably necessary, including where requested content may involve:
- Unlawful material
- Fraud
- Intellectual property infringement
- Content we reasonably cannot legally reproduce
- Threats or harassment
- Technical production limitations
- Other legitimate business or legal concerns
Any refund due following a refusal or cancellation will be determined based on work already performed, costs incurred, applicable agreements, and applicable law.
33. RECORDS OF APPROVAL
Breeder Webpage Logo may retain records relating to custom orders, including:
- Customer instructions
- Submitted artwork
- Design drafts
- Proofs
- Revision requests
- Final artwork
- Approval communications
- Production records
- Order records
- Shipping information
These records may be used for order fulfillment, customer service, quality control, accounting, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.
34. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
This Custom Design & Print Policy should be read together with our:
- Terms & Conditions
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Intellectual Property Policy
- Privacy Policy
If a specific written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work contains terms that differ from this general policy, the project-specific terms will control for that project to the extent expressly stated.
35. RIGHTS PROVIDED BY LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
Applicable law will control where required.
